Chloe Yau is a senior interior and architectural designer with over 12 years of international experience across Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and London. She specialises in concept-led design and strategic storytelling, delivering high-impact projects across workplace, retail, hospitality, and cultural sectors.

Chloe has held leadership roles at renowned firms including Foster + Partners, where she led interior strategy and design for high-profile projects such as a 30,000 sqm retail mall transformation in South Korea and the Zayed National Museum galleries in Abu Dhabi. Her portfolio spans large-scale mixed-use and commercial environments, with key projects like the Melco Beverly Arcade Renovation, Din Tai Fung at Studio City Macau, and K11 Atelier Ningbo, overseeing all stages from vision to execution.

She also brings client-side insight, having led Starbucks Reserve projects across Korea, and contributed to landmark experiential spaces such as K11 MUSEA and f22 foto space during her time at LAAB Architects. Known for her collaborative leadership, Chloe integrates narrative thinking, cultural insight, and design precision to craft human-centred environments that connect emotionally and perform commercially. She is passionate about mentoring teams, shaping brand experiences, and aligning spatial design with strategic goals.
