We have designed the overall environment to include elements of surprise within an organic planning framework. We encourage retails to take advantage of this in their designs. We have provided seating zones for customers to use to eat and socialise. These zones are strategically positioned to support, in particular, our kiosk operators in the village and to encourage repeat custom, whilst enhancing the atmosphere and creating a food festival feel.

Our loose-set planning is designed to encourage customers to engage with product, by dissolving the threshold between the walkways and the retailers. We encourage retail operators to take advantage of this characteristic by placing product and communication in optimal locations .in order to support this approach and optimise sales.
